Download the Janata Bank Internet Banking App "eJanata". Use 'Signup' option to create new User ID. After receiving User ID, log in to eJanata and then you can add account and verify yourself.
To add your account, the device should contain the mobile phone number associated with the account you are about to add. Furthermore, without user verification you cannot perform any transaction.
You have to use the mobile number given in your account in your new device.
Download the App and log in using your eJanata User ID. You will receive OTP to validate your device.
After device validation your previous device will be deactivated against your eJanata user ID.
You have to set PIN again.
Contact urgently to our customer care or branch. Request to deactivate your eJanata User ID.
As long as no one knows your eJanata Password or PIN, no one can access your account.
You can, but you have to avoid using public wireless networks and non-password-protected wireless networks.
Trusted and password-protected wireless networks are suggested for login.
